[BRIEFING.COM] Stocks moved higher over the last half hour, slightly boosting index gains. The three major indices trade at or near session highs.
The recent improvement coincided with NVIDIA (NVDA 125.88, +1.34, +1.1%) bouncing after trading down as much as 0.9%. This price action also helped the S&P 500 information technology sector, which trades 0.1% higher, and the PHLX Semiconductor Index (SOX), which trades flat.
All 11 S&P 500 sectors are now in positive territory led by energy (+1.2%).
