Some mega caps give up early gains, coinciding with indices turning lower

[BRIEFING.COM] The three major indices turned sharply lower in recent action. This coincided with some mega cap names giving back early gains.
Microsoft (MSFT 405.72, -0.30, -0.1%), which had been up as much as 0.6%, and Amazon.com (AMZN 166.91, -0.02, -0.01%), which had been up as much as 1.0%, are standouts in that respect.
Many stocks participated in the broad, yet modest, pullback. The Invesco S&P 500 Equal Weight ETF (RSP) shows a 0.4% decline.
