Outsized moves have mostly been reserved for individual stocks like KeyCorp (KEY 16.21, +1.60, +10.9%), which is rallying on news of a minority investment from Bank of Nova Scotia. KEY hit a fresh 52-week in response.
Other bank stocks are underperforming the broader market, though. The SPDR S&P Bank ETF (KBE) sports a 0.8% decline.
