The S&P Case-Shiller Home Price Index dropped to 6.8% in May (Briefing.com consensus 6.8%) from 7.3% in April (revised from 7.2%). The FHFA Housing Price Index was unchanged in May following a 0.3% increase in April (revised from 0.2%).
The 10-yr note yield is down two basis points to 4.16% and the 2-yr note yield is unchanged at 4.39%.
