Stock Market Update

The S&P 500 futures are up 11 points and are trading 0.2% above fair value, the Nasdaq 100 futures are up 76 points and are trading 0.4% above fair value, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average futures are down five points and are trading 0.1% below fair value.

The S&P Case-Shiller Home Price Index dropped to 6.8% in May (Briefing.com consensus 6.8%) from 7.3% in April (revised from 7.2%). The FHFA Housing Price Index was unchanged in May following a 0.3% increase in April (revised from 0.2%).

The 10-yr note yield is down two basis points to 4.16% and the 2-yr note yield is unchanged at 4.39%.
