[BRIEFING.COM] The Dow Jones Industrial Average (+1.98%) is just a hair shy of 2% gains on Friday afternoon, up about 790 points.
A look inside the DJIA shows that 3M (MMM 122.96, +19.57, +18.93%), Visa (V 261.04, +7.30, +2.88%), and Salesforce (CRM 263.46, +6.94, +2.71%) hold decent gains.
Meanwhile, Walmart (WMT 69.78, -0.24, -0.34%) is underperforming.
The DJIA is on pace to end the week +1.08% higher.
Elsewhere, at the top of the hour, Baker Hughes (BKR 37.35, +1.77, +4.97%) announced a weekly U.S. rotary rig count of 589, +3 w/w and -75 yr/yr.
