[BRIEFING.COM] The S&P 500 and Nasdaq trade in relatively narrow ranges near session highs. The Dow Jones Industrial Average moved slightly lower in recent action.
Tesla (TSLA 229.08, +19.29, +9.2%) is the top performing S&P 500 component after it reported better-than-expected Q2 delivery numbers.
Separately, commodity futures are trading in mixed fashion. WTI crude oil futures are 0.1% higher at $83.46/bbl, natural gas futures are down 1.5% to $2.45/mmbtu, and copper futures are up 0.3% to $4.43/lbs.
