[BRIEFING.COM] The major indices moved higher over the last half hour. The S&P 500 sports a 0.4% gain and the Nasdaq Composite sports a 0.5% gain.
Value stocks are outperforming compared to growth stocks thus far. The Russell 3000 Value Index is trading 0.3% higher and the Russell 3000 Growth Index shows a 0.1% gain.
Elsewhere, Treasury yields turned slightly higher. The 10-yr note yield is unchanged from yesterday at 4.30%.
