[BRIEFING.COM] The market moved higher again over the last half hour, leading the three major indices to trade above prior closing levels. Market breadth is still negative, though.
Decliners lead advancers by a 5-to-2 margin at the NYSE and a nearly 2-to-1 margin at the Nasdaq.
Small and mid cap indices are underperforming the broader market. The Russell 2000 is down 0.9% and the S&P Mid Cap 400 sports a 1.0% decline.
