Treasuries settle with losses

Dow +309.56 at 39144.42, Nasdaq -125.83 at 17736.40, S&P -10.11 at 5476.92

The 2-yr note yield settled three basis points higher at 4.73% and the 10-yr note yield climbed four basis points to 4.25%.
