NVDA turns lower, weighing on S&P 500 and Nasdaq

[BRIEFING.COM] The market turned lower as NVIDIA (NVDA 134.46, -1.12, -0.8%) reversed its early gain. Shares had been up as much as 5.1% at session highs.
The S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite trade near session lows, down 0.3% and 0.7%, respectively.
Elsewhere, small and mid cap stocks are also trading lower today. The Russell 2000 is down 0.1% and the S&P Mid Cap 400 shows a 0.2% loss.
