Homebuilder stocks are underperforming the broader market after Lennar (LEN 148.56, -7.95, -5.1%) reportedly disappointed with an outlook for a sequential decline in orders. The SPDR S&P Homebuilder ETF (XHB) shows a 0.6% loss.
KB Home (KBH 68.13, -1.39, -2.0%) is also underperforming the broader market in front of its earnings report after today's close.
