[BRIEFING.COM] There hasn't been much up or down action in the major indices over the last half hour.
Mega caps and semiconductor names continue to support the broader equity market. The Vanguard Mega Cap Growth ETF (MGK) sports a 1.2% gain and the PHLX Semiconductor Index (SOX) shows a 1.6% gain.
Other stocks have pulled back from earlier levels. Market breadth was positive this morning, but shows mixed action now. Decliners lead advancers by an 11-to-10 margin at the NYSE while advancers still lead decliners by a 4-to-3 margin at the Nasdaq.
