[BRIEFING.COM] The stock market made a sharp move higher in recent trading as some mega caps turned higher. The S&P 500 trades 0.7% higher and the Nasdaq Composite sports a 0.6% gain.
The Vanguard Mega Cap Growth ETF (MGK) traded down as much as 1.0% earlier, but shows a 0.6% gain now. Many stocks are participating in upside moves, though.
Ten S&P 500 sectors are higher led by real estate (+1.7%) and health care (+1.2%).
