Stock Market Update

Amazon.com (AMZN 229.82, +2.38, +1.1%), Tesla (TSLA 448.45, +12.24, +2.8%), Broadcom (AVGO 239.22, +14.45, +6.4%), and Alphabet (GOOG 198.33, +7.02, +3.7%) all reached new 52-week highs today. These names comprise 10% of the S&P 500. 

These stocks make up nearly 20% of the Nasdaq 100, which sports a 1.0% gain today. In Nasdaq 100-related news, Axon Enterprises (AXON 631.52, -13.39, -2.1%), Palantir Technologies (PLTR 72.97, -3.08, -4.0%), and MicroStrategy (MSTR 425.25, +16.43, +4.1%) will be added to the Nasdaq 100 prior to the open on December 23, replacing Illumina (ILMN 145.19, +1.32, +0.9%), Super Micro Computer (SMCI 34.13, -2.32, -6.4%), and Moderna (MRNA 42.54, +0.71, +1.7%).
