[BRIEFING.COM] The major indices moved mostly sideways over the last half hour.
Mega caps and chipmakers continue to lead the market higher. The PHLX Semiconductor Index (SOX) shows a 2.2% increase and the Vanguard Mega Cap Growth ETF (MGK) is 1.8% higher than yesterday.
Meanwhile, the equal-weighted S&P 500 trades fractionally higher than its prior close.
