[BRIEFING.COM] The Dow Jones Industrial Average trades 0.9% higher, or about 360 points above yesterday's close.
Only six of the 30 Dow components trade lower. Boeing (BA 152.18, -2.89, -1.9%) is the biggest laggard in the DJIA after announcing it reached a ratified agreement with IAM 751 and W24.
Intel (INTC 23.27, +0.75, +3.3%) and Goldman Sachs (GS 522.70, +11.23, +2.2%) are the top performing components in the average.
