Stock Market Update

The S&P 500 futures are up 16 points and are trading 0.3% above fair value, the Nasdaq 100 futures are up 80 points and are trading 0.3% above fair value, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average futures are down 111 points and are trading 0.4% below fair value.

A short time ago, the FHFA Housing Price Index for September was released, showing a 0.7% increase following a 0.4% increase in August (revised from 0.3%). The S&P Case-Shiller Home Price Index rose 4.6% in September (Briefing.com consensus 4.7%) following a 5.2% increase in August.

The November Consumer Confidence Index (Briefing.com consensus 113.0; prior 108.7) and October New Home Sales report (Briefing.com consensus 718K; prior 738K) will be released at the top of the hour.
