Treasury yields move higher, stocks maintain gains

[BRIEFING.COM] The major indices pulled back slightly over the last half hour, but many stocks are still trading higher. The market-cap weighted S&P 500 trades 0.2% higher and the equal-weighted S&P 500 trades 1.1% higher.
Treasury yields moved off intraday lows, but that hasn't deterred buying in equities. The 10-yr yield, at 4.38% earlier, sits at 4.42% now. The 2-yr yield, at 4.29% earlier, sits at 4.33% now.
Advancers lead decliners by a 7-to-2 margin at the NYSE and by a 2-to-1 margin at the Nasdaq.
