Market breadth reflects a stronger negative bias now compared to earlier in the session. Shortly after the open, decliners led advancers by a 3-to-2 margin at the NYSE and at the Nasdaq. Now, decliners lead advancers by a better than 4-to-1 margin at the NYSE and by a 5-to-2 margin at the Nasdaq.
Tesla (TSLA 332.24, -17.70, -5.0%) is among the influential losers today, pressured by profit-taking activity after huge gains since the election results.
