[BRIEFING.COM] The Nasdaq Composite sports a slim gain, up 0.1% from yesterday thanks to buying in mega caps.
Apple (AAPL 224.36, +0.14, +0.1%), NVIDIA (NVDA 149.23, +3.96, +2.7%), Microsoft (MSFT 419.90, +1.93, +0.5%), and Meta Platforms (META 588.06, +4.84, +0.8%) are standouts from the mega cap space. The Vanguard Mega Cap Growth ETF (MGK) shows a 0.2% gain.
The information technology (+0.4%) and communication services (+0.1%) sectors have benefitted from gains in the aforementioned stocks.
