A look inside the DJIA shows that Intel (INTC 23.06, +1.54, +7.16%), Amazon (AMZN 198.63, +12.23, +6.56%), and Boeing (BA 154.97, +5.66, +3.79%) show solid gains.
Meanwhile, Apple (AAPL 223.22, -2.69, -1.19%) is underperforming.
The DJIA is on pace to end the week +0.21% higher.
Elsewhere, at the top of the hour, Baker Hughes (BKR 37.94, -0.14, -0.37%) announced a weekly U.S. rotary rig count of 585, flat w/w and -33 yr/yr.
