Small and mid cap stocks have joined their larger peers in positive territory. The Russell 2000 shows a 0.3% gain and the S&P Mid Cap 400 also trades 0.3% higher.
Market breadth reflects more positive action under the index surface compared to earlier in the session. Advancers lead decliners by an 11-to-1- margin at both the NYSE and at the Nasdaq.
