Russell 2000 turns around after initial weakness

[BRIEFING.COM] The major indices moved mostly sideways over the last half hour. The S&P 500 sports a 0.2% gain, up about ten points from yesterday.
The Russell 2000 has turned around following initial weakness, showing a 0.7% gain now.
Separately, the weekly EIA crude oil inventories showed a draw of 515,000 barrels following last week's build of 5.47 million barrels.
