[BRIEFING.COM] The Nasdaq Composite trades slightly higher than yesterday and the S&P 500 trades slightly lower.
Discretionary-related names are struggling today, leading the S&P 500 consumer discretionary sector to trade 1.1% lower. Tesla (TSLA 243.41, -5.60, -2.2%) and Amazon (AMZN 182.68, -2.07, -1.1%) are among the influential losers in the space.
Value stocks are also relatively weak today, leading the Russell 3000 Value Index to trade 0.4% lower compared to a 0.2% gain in the Russell 3000 Growth Index.
