The S&P 500 futures are down ten points and are trading 0.1% below fair value, the Nasdaq 100 futures are down five points and are trading 0.1% below fair value, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average futures are down 150 points and are trading 0.4% below fair value.
Earlier, the FHFA Housing Price Index showed a 0.3% increase in August after a 0.2% increase in July (revised from 0.1%). The S&P Case-Shiller Home Price Index rose 5.2% in August (Briefing.com consensus 5.1%) following a prior reading of 5.9%.
The 10-yr yield is up five basis points to 4.33% and the 2-yr yield is up three basis points to 4.17%.
