Stocks move sideways despite move up in rates

[BRIEFING.COM] The stock market hasn't moved much up or down over the last half hour despite a move up in rates.
The 10-yr yield is up one basis point to 4.21%.
Chipmakers have maintained a leadership role through the session so far. The PHLX Semiconductor Index (SOX) shows a 2.0% gain, bringing its weekly gain to 1.1%. Meanwhile, the market-cap weighted S&P 500 trades up 0.8% today, but shows a 0.2% decline since last Friday.
