Helios & Matheson (HMNY) commences offering of its common stock and warrant, sending shares over 20% lower after hours to as low as $7.80/share (vs. $10.08/share closing price).

Looking over at the energy market:
The American Petroleum Institute (API) released its weekly crude oil storage data
API petroleum data for the week ended December 8th The API reported a draw of 7.382 mln barrels of crude oil, for the week ending Dec 8th vs. last week's draw of 5.481 mln barrels. Gasoline showed a build of 2.334 mln barrels and distillates showed a build of 1.538 mln barrels.
This data sent oil prices higher after hours here, but prices remain in the red for the day (Jan WTI crude oil is now -$0.51 at $57.48/barrel (vs. today's settlement price of $57.14/barrel).
Tomorrow morning at 10:30am ET, the EIA will release its own weekly crude oil storage data.
