H & R Block (HRB) shares are up 10% in extended trading after the company reported better than expected top and bottom-line results and said it would increase its dividend. Elsewhere, Alexion Pharma (ALXN) is up 3.5% after naming Biogen's (BIIB) Paul J. Clancy as its new CFO effective July 31.
