Shares of Vista Outdoor (VSTO 43.22, +1.79, +4.3%) are up 4% after the company announced an acquisition of hunting gear brand Stone Glacier for an undisclosed sum. Vista said it expects the transaction to be immediately accretive to earnings, excluding transaction and transition costs.
Looking ahead, Cal-Maine Foods (CALM 37.87, +0.97, +2.6%) will report earnings after the close.
