HD:  Home Depot beats by $0.02, reports revs in-line; reaffirms FY27 EPS guidance, revs guidance  (299.81)
  • Reports Q1 (Apr) earnings of $3.43 per share, excluding non-recurring items, $0.02 better than the FactSet Consensus of $3.41; revenues rose 4.8% year/year to $41.77 bln vs the $41.59 bln FactSet Consensus.  Q1 Comparable sales for the first quarter of fiscal 2026 increased 0.6%, and comparable sales in the U.S. increased 0.4%. For the first quarter of fiscal 2026, foreign exchange rates positively impacted total company comparable sales by approximately 55 basis points.
  • Co reaffirms guidance for FY27, sees EPS of $14.69-15.28, excluding non-recurring items, vs. $15.01 FactSet Consensus; sees FY27 revs of ~$168.8-172.1 bln vs. $171.16 bln FactSet Consensus. Reaffirms Comparable sales growth of approximately flat to 2.0%
