What is My Workspaces? |

My Workspaces allows you to create workspaces that you can customize to display your favorite content in the layout of your choice. For example, suppose you frequently visit Live In Play, Guidance, and Earnings Results on a daily basis. You can build/create a customized workspace that displays only these pages on one screen. You can take this one step further and filter the Live In Play pane by custom filter or comment type to further refine the content displayed. This functionality is available with a subscription to any of our premium services.

I access Briefing from work and from home. Must I have two separate accounts? |

No. You will just need to log out from one computer before logging onto the site via another computer. |

Can more than one person use my password? |
A: |
No. Briefing.com is a personal license. It gives access only to the individual subscriber. Group subscription rates are available for companies or individuals desiring access for more than one person. For more information, visit the Institutional Sales contact page. |

Why do I get an error message that says my username and password are already in use? |
A: |
This occurs when you click out of Briefing.com without using the Log Out button. Our system will show that you are still logged in. Please use the Log Out button to end your session. |

Why do I get an error message that says my username and password are not recognized? |

Please make sure you are using the correct log in information. This error message could also be a result of entering log in information from an account that has previously been cancelled. |
Free Trial

When will my free trial expire? |
A: |
Your free trial period varies by product and when you signed up for the trial. In most instances, if you register before or on the 21st of the month, your free trial will end on the last day of that month. If you register on or after the 22nd of the month, your free trial will end on the last day of the following month. However, some special promotions we offer have a specific free trial end date in which case, the above trial rule does not apply. Contact service@briefing.com for more information.

When will Briefing.com charge my credit card? |

Your card will be charged the first day of the month after your free trial period. During the free-trial period, a subscriber may cancel their subscription at any time, at no cost by sending an e-mail to
service@briefing.com or calling 800-752-3013 during normal Briefing.com business hours (Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ET). |
Refunds

What is your refund policy? |

Subscribers who have paid upfront for an annual subscription may cancel their service and receive a prorated refund if they cancel their subscription within 30 days of the end of their free trial period or renewal term. After the 30 day period, subscribers will not be entitled to any refund, reimbursement or other credit. |

- Internet Explorer
- In Internet Explorer, on the Tools
menu, click Internet Options.
- On the Privacy tab, click Advanced.
- Turn on Override automatic cookie handling.
- Make sure First-party Cookies is set to
Accept.
- Click OK.
- FireFox
- Open your FireFox browser.
- Select Tools, then Options.
- At Privacy Menu, select Cookies and
make sure the checkmark is shown at Allow Sites to

- Select Exceptions button, add
www.briefing.com, select Allow and click on
OK.
- Chrome
- Click the wrench icon.
- Select Settings.
- Click Show advanced settings.
- Click Content settings in the "Privacy" section.
- Select Allow local data to be set to allow both first-party and third-party cookies. If you only want to accept first-party cookies, check the box next to "Block all third-party cookies without exception."
- Safari
- Go to the Safari drop-down menu.
- Select Preferences.
- Click Security in the top panel.
