- U.S. Treasuries hover near their flat lines after a quiet start to the midweek session. Treasuries opened with modest gains, but they quickly began slipping from their best levels, returning the 10-y note to little changed while the long bond remains ahead. Up front, the 2-yr note holds a slim loss after two days of solid gains. Equities have started the day on an upbeat note, continuing yesterday's rally that sent the S&P 500 (+0.5%) to a fresh record high.
