Pushing Higher

• U.S. Treasuries hold modest gains after rising from their starting levels. The trading day started with a modest loss in the long bond, but it quickly began rising alongside shorter tenors. The market reached highs about 30 minutes ago, followed by some backtracking in recent trade. Equities, meanwhile, started the day in flat fashion with the S&P 500 (+0.1%) sitting just above its unchanged level for the second day in a row.
