Long End Maintains Early Lead

• U.S. Treasuries are mixed but little changed overall, making for a quiet start to today's abbreviated session. The 10-yr note and the long bond started the day in positive territory and they have added to their early gains despite the release of a solid weekly jobless claims report while shorter tenors have found some early resistance near their unchanged levels. Equities are off to a quiet start with the S&P 500 up 0.1%.
