Maintaining Modest Losses

• U.S. Treasuries have ticked up off session lows that were reached just before 11:00 ET, but they remain in negative territory by a slim margin. The pace of today's action slowed considerably after Treasuries reached lows, which leaves all tenors with slim losses at this juncture while equities are trading little changed. Barring some late volatility, the 10-yr yield is on track to end the week with a five-basis point increase while the 2-yr yield is up six basis points since the end of last week.
