A big bounce by Europe's bourses brought about a barrage of buying interest this morning. For the most part, the major averages held the ensuing gains -- some bailed out of their positions in the final hour, but a last minute squeeze lifted stocks at the close.
After the close, HI and TAOM reported quarterly results.
Futures are mixed after hours: S&P 500 futures are +0.3 from fair value of 1191, while Nasdaq100 futures are -2.0 from fair value of 2224.
Tomorrow morning before the open, one economic report is scheduled be released -- The Case-Shiller 20-City Index (Consensus -3.0%).
Tomorrow before the open look for BECN and TIF to report earnings.
