Scott Smith

He recently passed Level 3 of the Charted Market Technician exam and is awaiting sponsorship as a member of the Market Technicians Association. After graduating from the University of Notre Dame, Scott began reading charts as a clerk on the floor of the NYSE and at the OTC trade desk at Spear, Leeds & Kellogg.
