SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT FOR BRIEFING.COM®
("THE SERVICE")
The Service is an information service from Briefing.com. By subscribing and using
the Service, you agree to be bound by all of the terms in this Subscription Agreement.
COPYRIGHT AND LIMITATIONS ON USE
The information available through the Service is the property of Briefing.com or
its information providers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property
laws. The information in the Service is for Subscriber's use only. You agree not
to reproduce, redistribute, retransmit, broadcast or circulate the information received
through the Service without the express prior written consent of Briefing.com, except
that the information may be downloaded or printed for personal noncommercial use.
You are prohibited from using any type of automated method of retrieving data from
this Web Site without the prior written consent of Briefing.com. This includes,
but is not limited to, programs termed as spiders, snakes, mirroring type programs,
and custom written programs. Bulk downloading of any data is expressly prohibited.
This type of action will be considered an attack against the Briefing.com Web Site.

Neither Briefing.com nor any of its providers of information make any warranties,
express or implied, as to the results to be obtained from use of the service, and
make no express or implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or use.
BRIEFING.COM DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENTNESS, OR NONINFRINGEMENT
OF THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE, OR THE SERVICE ITSELF.
IN NO EVENT SHALL BRIEFING.COM BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY DECISION
MADE OR ACTION TAKEN BY YOU IN RELIANCE ON SUCH INFORMATION OR FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL,
SPECIAL OR SIMILAR DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT THE LIABILITY OF BRIEFING.COM ARISING
OUT OF ANY KIND OF LEGAL CLAIM (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE) IN ANY WAY
CONNECTED WITH THE SERVICE OR INFORMATION IN THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT
YOU PAID TO BRIEFING.COM FOR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Your Service subscription will continue until you notify Briefing.com by telephone,
fax or electronic mail of your decision to terminate your subscription, or until
terminated by Briefing.com. This Agreement is personal to you, and you may not assign
your rights or obligations to anyone. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid
or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in
full force and effect. This Agreement, all intellectual property issues, and your
rights and obligations shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America
and Illinois governing contracts wholly entered into and wholly performed within
Illinois.
